    • The library has books, e-books, reference materials and periodicals available for staff and students.
    • The library is open from 7:45-3:30 Monday-Thursday and from 7:45-1:00 on Fridays.
    • Students can check out e-books for a three-week period; books can be checked out for a two-week period, but then can be renewed.
    • Students need a pass from a teacher or the office in order to come to the library on their own.
    • Teachers may sign up to bring their entire class for various activities.
    • Library materials are ordered every two months. If you have requests, please let the library staff know.
    • Inter-library loans between district libraries can be arranged if there is a book in another building you would like to check out.
    • No fines are charged for overdue books, but students must pay for lost or damaged materials.

    • Before-School Tutoring in the Library (7:00-7:45, Monday-Friday)
    • FLEX (Monday-Thursday)
    • After-School Tutoring in scheduled teachers' classrooms (3:30-4:45):

    NASA offers an "Image of the Day" and has sections just for teachers and students.

    This site is devoted entirely to the Holocaust.

    This English-teacher approved site will help you cite APA, MLA, and more.

    Do you need to check     on a bill in Congress? This site will tell you everything you need to know!

    This site has amazing facts about anywhere in the world.

    This site has a wide variety of games, videos and articles. Search by subject, grade or topic.

    ScienceNews for Students
    This site has to up-to-date info for kids.

  • To see the Lexile® rating of many of the books in our library catalog, select the book title you are interested in and then click into the details of the book. If available, the Lexile® will appear near the bottom. Most Lexiled® books on the library shelves are labeled with an orange dot on the spine.
